History & mission

We started in 2019. The idea for our business venture arose earlier during our respective previous workplaces, where a significant portion of our time was dedicated to M&A. We discovered that we shared the same fundamental values regarding M&A and concluded that it was probably one of the reasons why we were "successful at work." So why not do what we found most enjoyable and important together? And moreover, under our own banner. Said and done. Since then, it has become evident that our values-driven idea—to generate increased value for our clients by combining an understanding of businesses with insight and respect for the people who created them—works. Together with very hard work and in partnership with our clients, of course.
